04:30 [UPDATE] - It seems the connectivity issue is caused by an outage at an upstream provider. Our engineers are liaising with the provider. We thank you for your patience.

10:18 [UPDATE] - We received feedback from our upstream provider that they are close to resolving the issue. There is unfortunately no ETA given. Our engineers continue to liaise with the provider. We thank you for your patience.

12:00 [UPDATE] - We are seeing some services being restored and running again. Unfortunately, there are still some affected clients. We hope to be back up and running shortly. Our engineers still continue to liaise with the upstream provider. We thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

12:40 [UPDATE] - It seems our upstream provider has resolved most of the network issues, our servers and services should be 90% restored. Our engineers will continue to monitor the situation. We thank you for your patience.

08:40 [UPDATE] - There seems to have been some major power outage which compounded the network issues that have resulted in some cloud servers not being restored fully. Our engineers are liaising with the upstream provider to resolve this. We continue to thank you for your patience.
